The Role
Overview
Design and sell kitchen & bath solutions, create drawings, and manage the client journey.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Prepare clear quotes/proposals, follow up diligently, and close sales. -Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners as needed. -Consult with homeowners to design and sell complete solutions: cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, and (when requested) cabinet installation. -Perform accurate job-site measurements; create as-builts, floor plans, and elevations. -Build deep product knowledge across all lines; guide clients to value-driven choices. -Generate detailed cabinet orders and submit to our Order Facilitator (you retain final accuracy responsibility). -Keep meticulous records in Microsoft Office and our internal systems. -Maintain post-sale communication to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues. -Uphold Blackdog quality, brand standards, and client experience at every step.

What You Bring
-NKBA Certification a plus. -3 or more years of kitchen & bath design experience. -Working knowledge of cabinetry pricing to achieve target profit margins. -Familiarity partnering with local contractors/developers. -Microsoft Office proficiency; strong written, verbal, and visual communication. -Experience with Chief Architect. -Proficiency in 2020 Design or Revit BIM. -Reliable transportation and a good driving record for local site visits. -Ability to produce as-builts, detailed floor plans, and elevations. -Sharp attention to detail from concept through completion. -Willingness to undergo a background check (post-offer, consistent with law). -Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
