Tasks

-Assemble estimates and budgets -Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material -Attend project meetings -Update project schedules -Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts -Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork -Manage subcontractors and vendors -Craft productivity tracking

-Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.) -Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment -Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience -Ability to communicate clearly and effectively -Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts -Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and Project) -Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers
