Tasks

-Carry out work in a safe manner, in accordance with Safety procedures as applicable -Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines -Ensure product quality is in accordance with relevant specifications and that process checks are performed as required -Setting grinding and cutting edges -Actively participate in improvement projects -Ensure process efficiencies are achieved and maintained -Complying with all WHS safety practices and procedures -Ensure production is in line with the specified production schedule -Setting up and installing molds and other machine fixtures -Manual Handling tasks are performed as part of this role

What You Bring

-Strong mechanical aptitude -Valid Forklift License -Available to work across a rotation Shift Pattern / 4 on 4 off 2 x 12hr day shifts – 6am-6pm, followed by / 2 x 12hr night shifts, 6pm-6am -All successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening. -Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills -Previous experience in a quality assurance environment -Ability to use computers for the entry and retrieval of process data and machine operation -Be flexible and adaptable with a willingness to embrace shift work -Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace
