Overview

Part‑time Radiologic Technologist for rotating Saturday morning shifts

Tasks

-Performing a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures: routine, portable, fluoroscopic, and C-arm studies -Maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and proper stocking of imaging rooms and equipment -Perform diagnostic imaging studies with attention to safety and patient care -Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient history and imaging details -Chart post-study details and patient education per policy -Interview patients and document essential information including pregnancy status -Adhering to radiation safety protocols and patient privacy standards -Communicate and coordinate with the radiology team, patients, and families -Maintain equipment and collaborate with vendors when necessary

-Communicating clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and the care team -Responding to emergent patient care needs and supporting workflow during busy periods -CPR certification (required) -Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude -Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) (required) -Current ARRT certification (required) -Ability to engage with patients and families with empathy and professionalism -Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently during rotating weekend shifts -Completion of an accredited 2-year radiologic technology program
