The Role

Overview

Manage store operations, inventory, and support retail technology at On Kuwait.

Tasks

-Ensure documentation archive and storage is properly maintained. -Support in verifying that scanned data matches’ physical inventory. -Support cash handling, daily reports, and compliance documentation. -Handle daily operational administration including invoices, delivery notes, and reconciliation. -Train team members in BOH systems and standard operating procedures. -Support to ensure RFID systems are integrated with POS and inventory management platforms. -Diagnosing issues with RFID readers or tag misreads. -Ensure digital and physical stock records are aligned across ERP/POS systems. -Process invoicing procedures accurately and prepare operational reports. -Escalate discrepancies or risks to Store or Deputy Store Manager promptly. -Provide first-level troubleshooting and support testing of retail technology solutions. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. -Step in on the sales floor when required to assist the team in delivering exceptional service. -Support Stock Controller in maintaining a clean, well-organized back-of-house to enable efficiency on the sales floor. -Support in monitoring tagged items to reduce theft and improve shrinkage control. -Support Stock Controller in verifying shipments automatically as they arrive or leave the store. -Act as first-level support for POS and store systems (Cegid, SAP Retail, Salesforce). -Support inbound deliveries, BOH organization, and replenishment in line with procedures. -Ensure accuracy of stock transfers, Return To Vendors (RTVs), and cycle counts.

What You Bring

-Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail. -Ability to work with inventory or ERP systems that use RFID. -2–3 years of retail operations or stock management experience (sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle preferred). -Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. -Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team -Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally between finance, IT, and business teams.
