The Role
Overview
Coordinate delivery, assembly, and inspection of modular power products at job sites.

Tasks
-Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. -Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary. -Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed. -Document any issues that arise during inspection process -Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team. -Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe and quality work. -Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of products, and guide the install of products. -Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field. -Coordinate the release of our products to our customers. -Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of products. This includes, but is not limited to, truck drivers, site construction team, subcontractors and employees. -Review drawings and submittals to accurately represent inspection data -Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections

What You Bring
-Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position. -Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. -Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. -General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning -Familiar with team building techniques. -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary. -Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed. -Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred. -Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude. -Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout the life of the projects. -Computer, filing and 10-key skills required. -Minimum 2 years' experience in construction experience and/or project coordination -Attention to detail and strong analytical skill. -High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in electrical construction, Engineering, or related field preferred. -Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others. -Basic computer skills. -Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
