Tasks

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and consistent operation of program activities. This role is responsible for managing and generating invoices, processing time and expense reports, and coordinating closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Subcontractors to validate and submit project-related documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of Smartsheet considered a strong advantage. -Create, review, and manage client and internal invoices in alignment with project timelines and contractual terms. -Liaise with Project Managers to confirm project milestones, deliverables, and billing schedules. -Ensure compliance with company policies and project-specific requirements. -Collect, verify, and process time and expense reports from project teams. -Submit finalized documentation for approval and archiving. -Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking. -Maintain standardized processes and documentation across all projects. -Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information. -Support audits and reporting by ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
