Lead commercial management for a large entertainment and hospitality project

Tasks

-Apply expertise in FIDIC contracts and payment mechanisms for post-contract management. -Oversees cost control, valuations, and monthly post-contract reporting. -Hands-on end to end commercial role, from onboarding contractors to site to leading contract administration, execution -Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery. -Handles post-contract management, package management and commercial performance. -Provides commercial leadership for specific areas of work and direction to team members. -Manages a commercial team to achieve commercial KPIs and drive continuous improvement. -Directly interacts with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery. -Evaluates claims, delays and additional costs from contractors and subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Major project experience is essential. -Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent). -Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent) -Consultancy experience £1bn+ -Main Contractor experience £250+
