Senior bridge engineer leading Ohio structural team, managing design projects & client relations
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Applying knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of bridge and transportation structures design -Preparing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assignments -Establishing and maintaining relationships with DOT and local agency clients, assisting with business development for the Structural Engineering service line -Preparing proposals and funding applications -Assisting senior management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor -Playing a key role in the growth, leadership, and development of the Ohio Structural team -Performing as a project manager on DOT and local agency bridge design projects. Training and support is available if needed -Reviewing complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance

What You Bring
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -10+ years of Structural Engineering experience with an emphasis on bridge design projects -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Structural emphasis is helpful -Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) meeting Level 2 criteria -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work individually or as part of a team
