Ensure designs comply with the BC Plumbing Code and other applicable standards
Participate in client and project team meetings
Produce high-quality 3D models and drawings using Revit (primary platform) and AutoCAD
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and field review documentation
Provide technical support to project teams and Project Managers throughout all project phases
Providing design, calculations, and technical support for the layout and specification of plumbing systems for building projects
Conduct on-site mechanical investigations, audits, and reviews as required

Understanding of typical plumbing system
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
1+ years of relevant design experience in plumbing systems design
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a consulting environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP with the ability to model complex plumbing systems
A "can do" attitude, able to work in a team environment
Diploma from a technical university/college in mechanical technology or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Reputation for meeting or exceeding expectations
Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Understanding of the BC Plumbing Code and other applicable standards
