Tasks
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage stakeholders at all levels, and drive strong commercial, contractual and project performance outcomes. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards. -Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. -Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts and resourcing plans. -Conduct regular reviews, identify issues early and initiate corrective actions. -Prepare and present progress reports, performance updates and project documentation. -Manage planning, execution and delivery of construction projects up to $30M. -Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, promoting a positive culture. -Ensure safety, environmental and quality requirements are met across all works. -Implement effective project strategies across procurement, engineering and construction. -Oversee contract administration, commercial performance and risk management.

What You Bring
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team, delivering a portfolio of Defence projects across Darwin, NT. -Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar -Strong understanding of contractual, legal and commercial project requirements -Proficiency with project software such as Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6 -Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and make informed decisions -Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams -Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills -Advanced financial management capability including forecasting and cost controls -Minimum 10 years’ project management experience within the construction industry -Experience delivering projects $10M+ (Defence or Government works advantageous) -Construction White Card required
