Provide HR generalist support, analytics, and system optimisation for Opteon.

Tasks

-Working across multiple teams to help operationalise system updates and continuous improvement activities like integration with other systems, improving our processes. -Keep informed on contemporary HR practices to continuously expand skills, knowledge and experience -Support HR Business Partners in conducting investigations related to performance and behavioural concerns. -Assist with recruitment activities when needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and safeguarding the company’s employer brand. -Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of data across HR systems. -Analyse and report on HR metrics, providing insights that inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives. -Coach and train People Leaders on HR practices and responsibilities, helping to build strong leadership capability across the organisation.

What You Bring

-Ability to work on multiple processes and manage competing priorities -High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information -Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management is desirable -Ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the business -Ability to apply good judgement to sensitive matters, data and complex problems/solutions -Prior experience with Workday will be highly regarded -Knowledge of contemporary HR practices including performance management and employment related legislations in Australia and New Zealand
