  • Driving to jobsite as first field contact to handle templating and measuring cabinets for countertops with laser template machine.
  • Template using LT-2D3D laser template machinery for cabinets and stud templating.
  • Service work including but not limited to working with granite, marble, quartz on such work as seam rework, chips, filling and polishing cracks, remounting sinks, stain removal, re-caulking, etc.
  • Review plans and specifications to identify product location and application requirements
  • Follow schedule to arrive to template/service appointments on time.
  • Communicate with homeowners and builders to verify countertop design details and dimensions for templates.
  • Light installation as needed of small tops and or splashes.
  • Communicate with homeowners and builders on repair issues to make sure repair/service is to company standards.
  • Drawing up countertop template for fabrication; adding overhangs, dimensions, seam placements, notes, etc.
  • Kneeling. Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.
  • Attend team meetings as scheduled

  • Strong math and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Field/Project Management onsite experience preferred
  • Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, communicate effectively and work in a team atmosphere
  • Understand industry standard practices for countertop installations and designs
  • Great communication skills via email, phone, or in person with customers and co-workers
  • Read 20/20 cabinet drawings.
  • Working knowledge of fabrication techniques, internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word process software preferred
  • Walking. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
  • The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general laborer, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.).
  • Must pass work eligibility requirements
  • Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish) Physical Activity:
  • Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical knowledge of architectural plans and project specifications.
  • Detail oriented

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Knowledge of granite, marble, and quartz products
  • Strong computer skills (All Microsoft products; Excel, Word, &, Outlook) preferred
