-Develop and refine cost models using advanced tools and market insights. -Coach and mentor estimators, fostering growth and excellence within the team. -Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, confidence, and satisfaction. -Analyze project plans and bid documents, identifying risks and opportunities. -Lead the estimating process for large, complex projects from concept through completion. -Work on landmark projects that make a real impact in communities. -Stay ahead of market trends, tracking material and labor pricing for accurate forecasting. -Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and enhance project outcomes.

What You Bring

-A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong industry relationships. -Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading client meetings and interviews. -5–10+ years of estimating experience in diverse facility types (healthcare, residential high-rise, interiors, institutional). -Strong conceptual estimating skills and ability to work with limited information. -Expertise in On-Screen Take-off, Destini, and site work software. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
