You’ll lead on sourcing, structuring and closing complex PPAs and Corporate PPAs. You’ll be at the forefront of Good Energy’s mission to deliver innovative commercial solutions for renewable generators and corporate clients. You’ll be focusing on longer-term, high-impact agreements and managing all parts of this process from product development to contract negotiations with some of our future core origination partners. -Relationship management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with developers and corporate clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver commercially robust agreements. -Sales alignment: Partner with the B2B sales team to ensure PPA and sales strategies are aligned for maximum impact. -Deal origination & negotiation: Lead the sourcing, origination, and negotiation of bespoke renewable and Corporate PPA contracts. -Industry engagement: Represent Good Energy across the UK renewables sector, building our presence and driving market growth. -Innovative deal structuring: Develop and deliver innovative commercial structures, including physical and virtual CPPAs, CfD-linked PPAs, Flex PPAs, and PPAs for private wire projects. -Market insight: Identify emerging market trends and help shape Good Energy’s future PPA offerings. -Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing team to support the PPA business through targeted communications and events.
