Service Systems Specialist II/III

Overview

Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building automation systems.

Tasks

-Complete work order documentation and other site documentation as required -Assists in performing preventative maintenance tasks as assigned -Performing scheduled and emergency calls as assigned -Complete all training opportunities provided -Assists in working on computers, monitors and network devices as assigned -Perform all above and other tasks following Company and customer safety standards -Maintain and track inventory on vehicle as assigned. Deliver material as required -Ensure that all quality and safety standards, specifications and policies are met, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies -Maintains company tools, test equipment and material -Assists in the troubleshooting and repairs of building-automation-system field cabinets, including communication devices, printed circuit boards, power supplies, electrical/electronic controls, sensors, transducers and actuators -Assists in developing system backups -Support a performance-based culture, both team and individual, to assure continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives

-Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities. -Ability to document daily tasks, plan and prepare for tasks assigned -Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation -High ethical standards, strong values, integrity, drive to deliver results, pride in personal and team performance, decision quality, building effective teams, and action orientation are fundamental -3 or more years of relevant work experience in the field or related area that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for the job (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computers & Networking)
