Industrial electrician installs, commissions, and maintains power, instrumentation, control, and SCADA systems.

Tasks

-Install, commission, and maintain power, instrumentation, process controls, and, SCADA equipment -Coordinate repair, testing, and installation of power and control systems. -Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting of power and control systems. -Perform routine and emergency maintenance on power, instrumentation, and control systems.

What You Bring

-Self motivated individual – able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Team oriented, flexible and willing to assist in other technical disciplines. -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests. -Must have a valid driver’s license, and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record. -Stainless tubing and instrumentation. -Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check. -Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, or Apprentice Electrician is a plus but not a requirement. -Hand and power tool capabilities. -Field experience in the industrial field with power and control systems. -Service equipment, MCC, panelboards -If applying for position, must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsored visa (work permit). -Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English via verbal and written methods and be comfortable and effective doing so directly to customers and co-workers. -Understanding of electrical schematics and controls. -Rigid, EMT, PVC coated rigid conduit. -Controls, fiber, and network cabling. -Willingness to be hands-on and work in the field alongside our engineers and field technicians.
