The Role
Overview
Manage wastewater project delivery, client relations, and field teams for UK water utilities.

Tasks
-Lead commercial project reviews and agree terms for all new projects (Internal & External). -Take ownership of accurate cost monitoring and reporting across multiple projects. -Utilize a consultative, problem solving approach and offer an engineering solution, leading to excellent customer satisfaction. -Visit Customer sites, carry out audits, manage teams of field technicians -Identify areas of risk in relation to both scope and commercial terms and develop mitigation plans with the projects team. -Liaison, engagement, and relationship management, direct with customers. -Management of, and responsibility for a team of field technicians, work orders and planning including critical path, process orders and RAMS. -Responsible from start to finish for Project Management - of quotes/approval, delivery, cost control, supplier engagement and implementation, to invoice. -Maximise sales opportunities by engaging with customers, offering innovative solutions and encouraging all personnel to do the same. -Manage multiple projects, from high volume, low value, to High value, low volume. -Author monthly status/KPI reports in relation to project profitability, performance, efficiency, and sales revenue planning.

What You Bring
-Success in delivering engineering projects to tight deadlines. -DSE Eye Tests -Engineering background preferred. -Experience working with engineering contracts, preferably under NEC3 & NEC4. -Current Valid Driving License. -Background in M&E or construction projects.
