-Take ownership of projects from initial concept through construction completion. -Communicate directly with clients, municipalities, and other project stakeholders. -Design and analyze structures using concrete, steel, wood, and masonry across diverse industries. -Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project leads throughout the design and build process. -Contribute to projects ranging from small-scale renovations to large, multidisciplinary developments. -Mentor junior engineers and help guide their technical development.

What You Bring

My client is looking for a mid-level Structural Engineers to join their Phoenix and Portland offices. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about engineering, eager to expand their technical skills, and enjoys working on a wide variety of building types and project scopes. -Structural Engineer (SE) license. -Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a team setting. -Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Experience with commercial and industrial building design. -Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. -Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit. -6-12 years expierence -Master's degree in Structural Engineering. -Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. -Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. -Familiarity with structural analysis software such as RISA, RAM, ENERCALC.
