Tasks

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Associate-level Commercial Property Surveyor to join a thriving Shrewsbury-based team, helping to grow and shape the firm’s commercial agency and valuation offering. -Lease Advisory – managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants. -Client Relationship Management – building lasting relationships and providing clear, insightful property advice. -Acquisition & Disposal – advising clients on investment opportunities and managing transactions from start to finish. -Valuation & Appraisal – undertaking valuations for acquisition, disposal, rent reviews, and financial reporting. -Asset Management – maximising returns from commercial portfolios through strategic planning and analysis.

What You Bring

About You You’ll be RICS qualified (ideally with 5+ years PQE) and confident across commercial valuation, asset management, and landlord-tenant legislation. You’ll combine technical ability with a proactive approach to business development and client care. -Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. -High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. -Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property agency software (training provided). -A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for identifying new opportunities. -A genuine passion for property and delivering results for clients. -The ability to manage workloads independently and within a team.
