Tasks

-Installation of safety & distribution components -Resolve customer concerns as needed -Prevent breakdown of systems -Develop and lead Superintendents and Foremen -Provide coaching & counseling -Collaboration with design departments and supervisors -Execute plans of electrical wiring in all aspects of a project -Effectively perform troubleshooting -Manage all company standards/procedures -Identify opportunities for company growth

What You Bring

-Must be able and willing to physically perform work on jobsite if needed -Ability to travel to various work sites -Ability to read/understand electrical blueprints/drawings -Prior commercial electrical project management experience; MUST have 5 years minimum in this role -Proven track record of developing people and driving business -Demonstrated excellent critical thinking & problem-solving abilities -Thorough knowledge of safety procedures & legal regulations/guidelines -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, squat as needed on jobsite -Ability to work at peak performance with little to no supervision -Excellent communication skills at all levels -English/Spanish speaking preferred -Ability to install apparatus, fixtures, alarm equipment & other systems -Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical
