Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams: data engineers, domain specialists, software developers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals -Troubleshooting the GIS database query as per requirement. -Lead the design and integration of GIS data into digital twin models for critical facilities, including data centers -Integrate real-time and historical geospatial data (from sensors, BIM, SCADA, and IoT systems) for accurate digital representation and dynamic facility management. -Develop, implement, and maintain digital twin platforms to visualize, simulate, and optimize facility operations, site selection, and infrastructure management. -Stay current with GIS, Digital Twin, cloud, and IoT trends, ensuring adoption of industry best practices and future-ready solutions -Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform. -Document methodologies, workflows, and standards; train staff in digital twin and GIS best practices. -Geospatial data analysis – handling and storing geospatial data. -Conduct advanced spatial analysis, mapping, and data visualization to enable decision-support and optimize operational performance -Oversee data quality, integrity, and update protocols for sustained reliability of spatial digital twin environments. -Conduct advanced spatial analysis and scenario simulation to improve resilience, resource use, sustainability, and risk mitigation (e.g., flood, resource allocation, thermal mapping). -Integrate data from a range of sources (IoT sensors, SCADA, BIM, ERP) into Digital Twin platforms for real-time visualization, analysis, and predictive modeling

What You Bring

We are looking for a highly motivated and deeply enthusiastic GIS & Digital Twin Expert to join our organization. You need to have knowledge related to GIS or related field, with a thorough technical knowledge of GIS, Digital Twin concept, Spatial Data, Development & Database concepts. -Experience with handling NetCDF files, .tiff files, .shp files, geojson files. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. -Strategic vision, Strong technical and analytical capabilities. -Strong reporting and writing abilities. -Fluent in any one of the programming language e.g., Python/R/MATLAB. -Strong expertise in geospatial data capture, visualization, and real-time monitoring for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure. -Proficiency with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS), spatial databases, and digital twin environments (e.g., Azure Digital Twins, Siemens, Unreal Engine, Omniverse) -Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary. -Good communication, able to communicate complex concepts concisely. -Agile, action oriented and a quick learner. -Raster & Vector data file handling. -A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. -Experience in GIS Developer role, QGIS, ArcGIS, ArcPy, Python.
