Tasks

Lead the Charge in Safeguarding Australia’s Energy Future -Lead strategy execution and operations, and a passionate team to deliver IAM & Data Protection services, continuously reducing evolving risks and strengthening our security posture. -Lead the Charge - Step into a strategic leadership role where you’ll own and shape the IAM and Data Protection strategy reporting to the CISO. -Make a National Impact- Be the guardian of Australia’s critical energy infrastructure. -Collaborate with great people across HR, Legal, Procurement, market operator, and key regulators to drive security outcomes that matter. -Keep us compliant with AESCSF, the Australian Privacy Act, and other frameworks. -Champion a strong security culture with training and awareness programs. -Lead team to mature solutions across IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, DLP, encryption, and data classification.

-Strong understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks and energy sector standards. -A collaborative mindset, strategic vision, and hands-on approach to delivery. -Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and platform-specific credentials are highly regarded. -Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering strategic outcomes. -10+ years in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in IAM, data protection, and compliance.
