Tasks

✅ Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Team Lead, Service Managers, and their Deputies to understand engineers’ skillsets, availability, routes, and customer preferences. ✅ Keep Things Running Smoothly: Order and manage parts for quoted and maintenance works, making sure everything’s ready for our engineers’ visits. ✅ Be the Engineers’ Go-To Person: You’ll be the main point of contact, supporting our engineers with clear communication, resource planning, and swift problem-solving for urgent tasks. ✅ Deliver Customer Care: Take customer calls and provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. We’re on the hunt for a talented Site Service Support Controller to oversee the daily operations of our Service Engineers. From planned maintenance and reactive tasks to quoted jobs and warranty repairs, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers. ✅ Coordinate Service Excellence: Raise and allocate service orders, procure parts, and schedule maintenance efficiently, ensuring our engineers are always set up for success.

What You Bring

🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. 🔹 Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience in data input. 🔹 Knowledge of the air conditioning, chiller, or combustion market is advantageous (but not required). 🔹 Any background in customer service or supply chain is a plus (but not essential).
