Tasks

Analyze maintenance trends and highlight recurring faults or system inefficiencies. Generate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules based on system data and operational priorities. Monitor task progress, report delays, and escalate system or operation issues to the duty manager. Participate in workflow optimization, data cleansing, and process improvement activities. Train new staff on Maximo operation procedures and data entry standards when required. Create, update, and close work orders according to company procedures. Support management in performance reviews and KPI analysis using Maximo data. Assign and track work orders for field technicians and engineers. Coordinate with IT and technical support teams for Maximo updates, troubleshooting, and user access control. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports extracted from Maximo. Ensure all asset, equipment, and maintenance data are correctly entered and regularly updated. Operate and maintain the IBM Maximo system for all O&M-related activities.
