The successful candidate must be professional, integrity-minded, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company. -Multi-Family project experience -Must Pro-active, strong personality -10+ years experience of working on ground-up commercial construction projects with a value of circa $50m -Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Experience within a leadership position (Director of Construction, VP of Construction etc.) -College or university degree in a construction-related field is desirable
