Tasks

You are expected to meet or exceed objectives while ensuring adherence to all applicable company policies and procedures. -Market to new/potential customers and bring in new accounts -You will have a Bus. Dev. team build driving routes for you to visit new accounts -Commission: You will bring in deals from accounts in your book of business that you already have or build. -Build and Maintain book of business -Serve as point of contact with home/building owners and contractors -Drive to client locations, job sites, and events on daily basis. -You will have our Business Dev. Team cold call and coordinate introduction meetings on your behalf. -Bring in new leads (projects) from those accounts and close those leads -You will have our Marketing Team coordinate and schedule networking events on your behalf

What You Bring

-Ability to learn technology quickly -proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Slack and Hubspot. -110k - 130k -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent networking skills -We provide training in writing estimates and walking jobs -Exceptional time management skills -You have a clean driving record and are open to being on the road the majority of your work day
