Tasks

-Drive project success—lead and contribute to engineering efforts across disciplines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. -Mentor and develop junior staff—share knowledge, provide guidance, and communicate ideas clearly to help develop the next generation of engineers. -Expereince designing pipelines from start to finish OR, -Ensure technical excellence and compliance—apply your knowledge of regulatory codes and use advanced engineering software to deliver high-quality, compliant designs. -Lead and innovate—plan and conduct independent evaluations, adapting and refining standard engineering methods to meet project-specific challenges. -Build relationships—begin developing a deeper understanding of client needs and decision-making processes, fostering connections both inside and outside the organization. -Collaborate and coordinate—supervise or coordinate the work of other professionals supporting your projects, ensuring seamless teamwork and project delivery.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering -Technical experience in AutoCad Civil3D -Be a problem solver—analyze complex challenges, develop creative solutions, and continue growing your technical expertise. -Professional Engineer License (PE) -Direct experience with Water/Wastewater treatment plants OR pipeline systems -Work independently with confidence—handle assignments with minimal supervision, managing tasks from start to finish while aligning with project goals. -4+ years’ experience
