Tasks
-Lead the design of facility power distribution (Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control, Electrical Room Layout) and process electrical distribution (power and control wiring from control panel to equipment and field devices) in a manufacturing or industrial processing environment. -Startup and testing of major electrical equipment. -Review of supplier submittals. -Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues. -Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs. -Act as a liaison between the design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design. -Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. -Support business development, including proposal scope approach and estimating, related to enhanced Electrical services. -Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff that are supporting project detailed design. -Support business development, including developing scope-of-work, level-of-effort, and site visits to understand the scope of the pursuit. -Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Industrial Manufacturing Solution team, which includes the manufacturing, ag/bio-process, and food/beverage industries. -Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations. -Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.

What You Bring
-Ability to lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing. -PE License, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. -Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. -Strong leaderships skills, with desire to train and develop early career and/or inexperienced professionals.
