Tasks

-Providing residential and asset protection for the executives, family members, and guests while on designated properties. -Acting quickly and effectively in emergency situations, employing defensive techniques when necessary. -Conducting thorough risk and threat assessments to identify potential security issues. -Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis. -Monitoring and adjusting security measures as needed to address changing threat levels. -Following and executing comprehensive security protocols and emergency response plans. -Ensuring privacy of the executive is always maintained. -Foster an environment of trust and confidence through exemplary integrity, dedication, and professionalism. -Coordinating with local law enforcement, security personnel, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless security. -Reporting on security-related incidents and breaches. -Providing protective surveillance and always maintaining situational awareness. -Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality of sensitive information. -Monitoring and operating surveillance systems and advanced technological measures. -Lift or carry 200 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.

What You Bring

-Must be able to obtain and maintain concealed weapon permit in the state of Nevada. -Must be able to work varied weekly schedule, shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. -At least 21 years of age. -Work indoors, outdoors, and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust. -3-5 years of military or law enforcement experience, or have extensive experience in commercial property or private residential security. -Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and other contacts of diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. -Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation. -Required to pass a physical fitness test and maintain excellent physical conditioning. -Technical and tactical shooting skills as well as fundamental martial arts abilities. -Proof of authorization to work in the United States. -Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy. -Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy. -High School Diploma or equivalent.
