Aspiring candidates must be able to keep up with fluent conversations both with native and non-native speakers. Candidates without this requirement will NOT be considered. -Experience managing project budgets, with a strong focus on cost control and alignment with project objectives. -Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks (Revizto can also be considered but Navisworks will be prioritized), knowledge of BIM coordination, clash report, QAQC and model accuracy. -Skilled in QAQC, with the ability to anticipate issues by leveraging team members’ strengths and weaknesses. -An excellent command of English—both spoken and written—is absolutely essential. -Strong understanding of project' end-to-end scope, kick-off and set up, requirements, applicable standards, and all related technical documentation.
