Assemble/install HVAC sub‑assemblies on a production line, ensuring safety and quality.

Tasks

-Collaborates with team members to meet production goals and standards. -Maintains a clean work area utilizing good housekeeping practices. -Communicates with other assembly line stations to ensure maximum production and accuracy. -Completes production reports and documentation as required. -Reports any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to leadership. -Moves materials or completed products to established locations. -Performs quality checks on products and materials. -Assembles and installs sub-assembly components accurately in a timely manner per approved specifications. -Reads blueprints and order forms and verifies parts required prior to assembly or installation.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic. -Basic math skills. -Excellent communication skills. -Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. -Required to wear proper personal protective equipment. -Ability to operate and maintain production equipment. -Ability to follow instructions and procedures. -Adheres to health and safety regulations and wears required PPE. -Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. -This position is designated as a safety-sensitive job and therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. -Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods during shift. -Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. -Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
