Overview

Manage mechanical EPC construction supervision for ADNOC projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule.

Tasks

-Development of Construction requirements for Bid estimates -Liaise closely with ADNOC Offshore PMT team on all aspects of design and technical data -Coordinate & carry out required timely Constructability reviews, in line with Model progression -Liaise strongly with Procurement team for materials & equipment deliverables for alignment to the overall project schedules -Identify any Specialist Vendor Support, Tools and Equipment required to implement scope -Participate in identifying Construction slippage and recommend corrective action(s) to be performed by EPC contractor -Coordinate and assist fabrication works at EPC contractor’s or EPC contractor's subcontractor’s fabrication facilities -Participate in HSE improvement activities, promoting HSE elements throughout construction development where ever possible -Coordination of the FEED/EPC Contractor from construction through commissioning and handing over of FEED/EPC works -To facilitate and formulate Construction Supervision, management, coordination, administration and strict enforcement of the Construction scope included as part of FEED/EPC Contract in line with Client's objective of progressing Work Order completion timely and to project schedule -Interface with ADNOC Offshore’s Operations groups as & when necessary -Maintain EPC contractor’s adherence to safety, quality and schedule requirements for construction. -Review and provide input to the overall construction/installation plan, procedures and construction/installation requirements identified in the EPC Packages developed by FEED contractor to ensure efficient constructability -Formulate Construction deliverables in line with Project procedures for content, and accuracy -Provide construction input to estimates as and when required -Review design documents and provide constructability input to designs -Ensure the required Constructability Readiness reviews are addressed to suit the planned deliverables timing -Undertake visits to facilities/sites to support the development of construction activities, review designs and liaise with EPC Contractor or EPC Contractor’s Subcontractors -Supervise, monitor and inspect the work EPC contractor and EPC contractor’s subcontractors at the construction location (or place of manufacture where applicable) in accordance with ADNOC Offshore policy for supervision, quality assurance, control and inspection for the project. -Ensure the construction/installation plan, procedures and requirement developed by EPC contractor comply with the EPC Scope of Work intent and requirements. -Assist with construction input to Bid preparation -Taking part in site surveys and generation of reports where required -Involved in Effective Change Management -Coordinate with Project controls on the progress of work order issuance, and proposed completion dates

What You Bring

-Thorough working knowledge and experience of construction completion procedures & Pre-commissioning activities -Full working knowledge of construction activities in relation to the relevant discipline -Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, being in a similar role for at least 5 years -Ability to review engineering design drawings and challenge work content for any improvement / cost effective methodology that can be adopted without compromise to safety. Also to be able to challenge engineering detail for possible areas of where hot work can be reduced/minimized. -Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation or E & I. -PMC experience on EPC Offshore brownfield field production upgradation and modification of existing facilities projects is highly preferable
