-Represent the team professionally in client meetings and presentations -Prepare and review pricing documents, cost estimates, and tender submissions -Review tender documents including drawings, schedules, specifications, and related materials -Lead and manage the pre-contract team to ensure accurate and timely deliverables

What You Bring

We are currently seeking a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor with strong leadership and technical capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre-contract activities, leading a team, and ensuring accurate pricing and cost estimation for various projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field -Excellent knowledge of pricing and cost estimation methodologies -MRICS qualification is preferred -Strong leadership and communication skills -Client-facing experience is highly desirable -At least 7 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor -Proficiency in Cost X is essential
