-Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within scope, budget, and deadlines -Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success -Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and timelines -Ensure projects comply with contractual requirements, specifications, and industry standards -Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders -Provide administrative support as needed, including document tracking and reporting -Identify and mitigate project risks and recommend corrective actions -Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation through close-out
