-Create and maintain contract files -Pricing and distributing design changes -Maintain vendor packets and qualifications -Keeping all plans updated and in stock -Keep the office organized -Prepare bid packages -Process purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceed -Updating projects vendor lists -Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed -Coordinate all paperwork for vendors -Revising/updating features lists
