Tasks

-Support payroll and benefits administration, including new hire enrollments and employee updates. Assist in drafting and updating policies, handbooks, and training materials as the company scales. -Coordinate safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. -Maintain HRIS data accuracy, personnel files, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. -Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion. -Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience. -Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, reporting, and communication between departments.

What You Bring

-3+ years of HR generalist experience across recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. -Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. -Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are being built. -Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. -Knowledge of HRIS systems (Rippling, ADP, or similar) and strong working knowledge of employment law.
