Tasks

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new business generation and management of accounts. You’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, build strong relationships, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth in line with the company’s sales strategy. -Developing new business and revitalising dormant accounts. -Building long-term relationships with key accounts and project clients. -Delivering excellent customer service and swift resolution to queries. -Conducting site surveys and supporting clients with risk assessments and method statements. -Managing customers and sites within your territory. -Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth against budget. -Keeping accurate records in the company CRM.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with proven success in sales, ideally within the rental or a closely related industry. You’ll be a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. -Proven sales experience with a history of achieving results. -Experience within the Hire industry is essential. -Confident communicator – both written and verbal. -Knowledge of Powered Access Equipment is preferred but not essential. -Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. -Highly motivated, professional, and able to work under pressure.

Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic + Annual Bonus + Pension + Vehicle
