The Role

Overview

Assist chefs with cleaning and support tasks in hospital kitchen, part‑time

Key Responsibilities

  • dishwashing
  • tray collection
  • chef assistance
  • rubbish disposal

Tasks

-Cleaning crockery, cutlery, trolleys, Kitchen utensils & equipment. -Picking up patient trays using the allocated trolleys on wards and lounges. -Assist Chefs with tasks in the kitchen -Emptying and replacing rubbish bags.

What You Bring

-High standard of personal presentation and strong communication skills -Minimum 1 year experience, similar role in a professional commercial kitchen -Experience in a healthcare environment such as Hospitals or Aged Care is preferred but not essential -Worked within HACCP certified environment is preferred
