- Carry out all types of ground works to the required specification, standard and timescale, as directed by the Site Manager/Site Supervisor.
- Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the work requirements and associated risks.
- Ensure all duties and performance standards comply with current health and safety procedures, plant and PPE regulations.
- Complete all necessary documents and paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
- Work effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site, ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the project plan.
- Operate company vehicles, plant and equipment as required and in accordance with procedures.

- Experience of relevant plant and equipment
- Ability to build good relationships

- Ability to oversee a team or take in accordance with the project plan
- Experience in waste & clean water sector
- Willingness to undertake training and development
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
- CSCS card with level 5 NVQ
- Experience of leading a workforce of 30 people
