What You Bring

-Experience in tackling and automating routine issues with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset. -An ability to work with uncertainty and find innovative solutions to solve problems. -The ability to gain credibility, respect and co-operation throughout the business by showing the appropriate collaborative behaviours. -Highly numerate with good data gathering, manipulation and interpretation skills, able to deal with large datasets and multiple users. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, experience of Power BI / Tableau, (or similar) is desirable. -Administrative and organisational skills, supporting regular meetings, agenda and minutes for the Portfolio governance cycles. -Experience in a project support type role in a complex organisation using Agile and waterfall methodologies. -Financial data management and project planning skills desirable. -Formal project / programme management experience is essential.
