Tasks

-Undertake all aspects of professional surveying work (including condition surveys, specific defect analysis, party wall consultancy, dilapidations, insurance inspections and claims advice. Plus, Reinstatement Cost Assessment valuations) -Produce designs and specifications including preparation of tender documentation -Support business development activities by senior colleagues -Carry out site surveys (including measured surveys, condition surveys & defect analysis) -Lead & develop detailed briefs in conjunction with the Client and senior colleagues -Administering building contracts (JCT and NEC) -Assist the team leader with project finances, recruitment, mentoring and team leadership -Liaise with clients, contractors & other consultants (internal and external) -Establish & maintain client relationships

Requirements

• nbs chorus
• mrics
• driving licence
• rics degree

What You Bring

-Good AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills. -Competent with NBS Chorus. -MRICS Chartered. -Have experience of advising on commercial, healthcare or educational properties either in the public or private sector. -Full UK Driving Licence. -Relevant degree qualified - RICS approved.
