Overview
Admin representative handling resident communication, events, and leasing support.

Tasks
-Remain current in all competitor functions, pricing and marketing programs in place. -Plan and oversee all resident events; quarterly, monthly and weekly. -Assists with all aspects of the Leasing Office as needed. -Monitor budget and expenses. -Operates equipment provided in facilities (e.g. exercise equipment). -Follows all safety procedures and notifies supervisor of safety hazards and any equipment failure. -Promotes positive, proactive resident relations, working to enhance the living experience of the resort. -Answers phones to schedule use of facilities. -Organize, prepare and distribute monthly property newsletter and events calendar, to include outside marketing and advertising. -Monitor activities at events to ensure orderly conduct. -Assists and performs Leasing Duties as needed. -Organizes and coordinates staff events. -Oversees activities and enforces policies and rules regarding use of facilities. -Updates internet and magazine advertising as needed to maximize rental growth. -Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

What You Bring
-High reasoning ability. Able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate courses of action. -Must have basic working knowledge in computer skills. -Punctual and reliable. -Excellent customer service skills. -Strong verbal and written English communication skills. -Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance -Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work. -Abilities to handle emergency situations for incidents that may occur under your supervision and to notify the appropriate authority or emergency service (911 and property manager).
