Equans is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyperson (Maintenance Operative) to join our on-site Facilities Management team at a secondary school in Barking. You'll play a key role in keeping the school safe, operational, and well-maintained, helping to create a better environment for staff and students alike.

Able to pass an enhanced DBS check (required due to school environment)

A full UK driving licence

Basic trade skills in one or more areas: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general fabric maintenance

Previous experience in general maintenance or building services, ideally in a commercial or educational setting

Comfortable using IT systems for reporting and scheduling (basic computer literacy essential)
