Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Attorney located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Contract Attorney will provide legal advice, draft, and review contracts, conduct legal research, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks will also include negotiating contract terms, and interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members to resolve legal issues effectively.
