Tasks
-Supporting the who team across their national portfolio, you’ll report to the WA Regional Manager who has been covering the contracts function; she will be there to help you find your feet, freeing her up to tackle wider managerial and technical aspects -The role will involve review, assessment, and negotiation on a range of contracts (AS4122, bespoke construction contracts, among others), through close collaboration with project managers, external legal advisors, and internal management

What You Bring
-Additionally, their existing management team is highly commercial, so your background as a more technical (potentially even blackletter) contracts specialist, ideally with a legal pedigree, would complement this – guiding the business on the interplay of terms and conditions and risk profiles across their contract will add benefit -Largescale infrastructure and/or consultancy experience beneficial -Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business Admin, Contracts Administration or similar -Proven experience in contracts management (review and negotiation), across the construction and/or engineering sector
