Tasks

-Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to build familiarity with collaborative development practices. -Occasionally support production systems during off-hours, under guidance from more experienced engineers. -Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer-reported issues in collaboration with the support and engineering teams. -Stays up to date with the latest technologies and techniques. -Contribute to the design, development, testing, and documentation of software solutions by following established processes and team standards. -Incorporate feedback from peers and mentors to improve code quality and gain confidence in organizational tools, technologies, and workflows. -Write and debug code using object-oriented programming languages and Microsoft-based frameworks. -Apply fundamental software development principles to structured assignments with support and direction from senior team members. -Follow prescribed guidelines to analyze and address routine development tasks and technical challenges.
