Receptionist handling front desk duties and basic escrow support for D.R. Horton.

Tasks

-Deliver to/pickup from agents, attorneys, clients, etc., if applicable. -Monitor and distribute courier deliveries -Work overtime hours as requested in advance by the Branch Manager -Answer incoming phone calls -Keep reception area clean and well organized -As the Escrow Receptionist progresses in onthejob training under the direction of a supervisor or coworker, as well as with formalized training, she/he should be able to perform the following additional tasks: Prepare earnest money receipts Send prepared “Thank You” notes/opening letters to agents, if applicable Order listing kits and/or farm kits Open, sort and file daily mail Open orders Prepare payoff/assumption statement requests Complete simple close outs Performs additional duties as assigned Work overtime hours as requested in advance by the Branch Manager -Send prepared “Thank You” notes/opening letters to agents, if applicable -Open, sort and file daily mail -Greet customers and personnel in the office -Prepare payoff/assumption statement requests -Maintain and order office supplies. -Prepare earnest money receipts
