Tasks

Communicate with supervisors and snow crews to coordinate timely and efficient dispatch. Provide updates to management on operational status, challenges, and completed tasks. Assist with documenting winter event activities, including entering reports, tracking hours, and maintaining records in company systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Receive, track, and respond to client requests promptly and professionally. Monitor ongoing operations and ensure all client needs are being met during snow events.
