Tasks

Communicate with supervisors and snow crews to coordinate timely and efficient dispatch. Provide updates to management on operational status, challenges, and completed tasks. Assist with documenting winter event activities, including entering reports, tracking hours, and maintaining records in company systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Receive, track, and respond to client requests promptly and professionally. Monitor ongoing operations and ensure all client needs are being met during snow events. About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Snow Dispatcher to join our winter operations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and ensure that our snow removal teams are dispatched efficiently and effectively. You will also assist with entering and maintaining accurate reports and data related to winter events. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with reporting systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously.
