Tasks

-Coordinate the process of purchase order receipt, invoice application for both MYISIS and SAGE PO -Contract all 3rd party technicians outside of Field Nation platform -Review and process material requisitions -Negotiate contract rates for external services and purchasing of materials -Administer subcontractor processes and put work out to bid -Control delivery of various items required for construction site installation processes -Assist with ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor -Communicate via phone & email with the vendors and internal customers -Once authorized create purchase orders and distribute to vendors -Create and manage purchase orders and documents related to 3rd party service vendors -Negotiate national deals for products and services we purchase

What You Bring

-Proven ability to carry out purchasing functions -Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude -Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance on site -Strong Excel skills -Organizational skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers -Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field is a plus
